With the Earn to Learn Program, you get paid to work and attend school while pursuing a career in direct patient care.

Candidates will be hired as entry-level Patient Care Technicians within the Providence St. Vincent Float Pool. Providence will pay for their time and education to become Certified Nursing Assistants. CNA1 classroom and clinical hours will be paid at your Patient Care Technician hourly rate, and your work schedule will be adjusted to accommodate your educational requirements.
